SR999 Terms and Conditions — Your Complete Guide to Using the Platform

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and SR999 ("the Platform", "us", "we"). By accessing sr999.ws, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on SR999, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use SR999. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. SR999 recommends you revisit this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms apply to all SR999 products — sports betting, cricket betting, live in-play betting, Teen Patti, virtual sports, the VIP Club loyalty programme, and any future products added to the platform.

02 Eligibility

To register and use SR999 you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. SR999 does not permit anyone under 18 to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing SR999 from a location where online betting and gaming is not prohibited by your local laws.
• You must be acting as an individual in your personal capacity, not on behalf of a business or other entity.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of SR999 or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from SR999 or had an SR999 account closed for misconduct.

SR999 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts that fail or refuse to complete age verification will be restricted from making withdrawals until the verification is satisfactorily completed.

03 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each person is permitted to hold only one SR999 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under different names, different mobile numbers, or different payment details — is strictly prohibited. SR999 uses automated systems to detect duplicate account activity. Where duplicates are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balance or winnings forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information when registering your SR999 account. This includes your full name, date of birth, mobile number and any payment details linked to your account. You are responsible for keeping your contact details current. SR999 cannot be held responsible for communications or payments directed to outdated details you have not updated.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your SR999 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. SR999 will never ask for your full password via any channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact SR999 customer support immediately.

3.4 Identity Verification

SR999 may request identity verification documents at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any point while your account is active. Documents may include a CNIC, utility bill, or bank statement. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified period may result in account restrictions.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

SR999 currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

• NayaPay
• SadaPay
• IBFT bank transfer (all major Pakistani banks)
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards

All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits are credited to your SR999 wallet instantly upon confirmed receipt from your payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be requested to any payment method that has been previously used for a deposit on your SR999 account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. SR999 processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Average processing times are under 5 minutes for standard accounts and under 2 minutes for SR999 VIP members. SR999 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

SR999 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification. Deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be processed. Funds that have not been wagered (for example, bonus funds still subject to wagering requirements) are not available for withdrawal until the applicable conditions are met.

4.4 Currency

SR999 operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees. All balances, bets, winnings and payments are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion is applied at any stage of a transaction on SR999.

05 Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on SR999 are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify the details of a bet — selection, odds, stake and market — before confirming. SR999 will not reverse or amend a correctly placed bet on the basis of user error.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum stake for any individual bet on SR999 is Rs 100. Maximum stake limits vary by market, event and account status. SR999 reserves the right to apply individual stake limits at any time. Maximum win limits per event and per day may also apply and will be communicated clearly within the bet confirmation interface.

5.3 Odds and Pricing

SR999 publishes odds in decimal format. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to the settlement of a bet. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that will be used for settlement — subsequent changes do not affect already confirmed bets.

5.4 Settlement

SR999 settles all bets based on official results provided by recognised governing bodies for each sport or competition. For cricket, this means official scorecards from the relevant cricket board (PCB, ICC, BCCI etc). For live in-play markets, bets are settled based on the state of play at the time the market is closed, unless the market specifically relates to an end-of-match outcome.

5.5 Abandoned and Voided Events

In the event of a match being abandoned before a result can be determined, SR999 will void all pre-match bets on the affected match and return stakes to member wallets. In-play bets settled before abandonment stand as settled. For T20 and ODI cricket matches affected by rain, DLS-method results are accepted as official results for the purpose of settlement on SR999.

5.6 Manifest Errors

SR999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error — for example, where a technical fault caused an incorrect price to be displayed. In such cases, the affected bet will be voided and the stake returned to the member's wallet. SR999 will make reasonable efforts to identify and address manifest errors promptly.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Availability

SR999 offers bonuses and promotions to new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to their own specific terms, wagering requirements and time limits in addition to these general Terms. Bonus terms are published alongside each offer and must be read carefully before accepting a bonus.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses on SR999 are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements will be stated clearly in the applicable promotion's terms. SR999 reserves the right to vary wagering requirements for specific promotions.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

SR999 monitors bonus activity on all accounts. Where SR999 identifies that a bonus has been claimed through multiple accounts, using collusion, by exploiting a technical error, or through any other form of abuse, SR999 will void the bonus, any associated winnings, and may suspend the accounts involved. Decisions on bonus abuse are made at SR999's sole discretion.

6.4 Refer a Friend

The SR999 Refer a Friend programme allows existing members to earn bonus PKR by referring new players who register and deposit on SR999. Referral bonuses are subject to separate programme terms. Referrals using the same device, IP address or payment method as an existing member will not qualify for referral bonuses.

07 SR999 VIP Club

The SR999 VIP Club is a loyalty programme available to all registered members. Points are earned at the rate of 8 loyalty points per Rs 1,000 wagered across all eligible SR999 products — cricket betting, sports betting, Teen Patti, virtual sports and live in-play markets.

Accumulated loyalty points determine VIP tier level. Higher tiers unlock benefits including weekly cashback on losses, reload deposit bonuses, enhanced odds on selected cricket markets, priority withdrawal processing and access to exclusive high-stakes gaming tables on SR999.

SR999 reserves the right to adjust VIP Club point earn rates, tier thresholds, tier benefits and programme terms at any time. Members will be notified of material changes to the VIP Club structure with reasonable advance notice where practicable.

VIP points have no monetary value and cannot be converted to cash directly. They can only be redeemed for benefits within the SR999 VIP Club programme as described in the current programme terms.

08 Responsible Gaming

SR999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. Betting and gaming should be a form of entertainment. If it stops being enjoyable, or if it starts to affect your finances, your relationships, or your daily life in a negative way, please stop and seek support.

SR999 makes the following responsible gaming tools available to every member, accessible directly from account settings without needing to contact customer support:

• Deposit Limits — Set a maximum deposit amount per 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Loss Limits — Cap your maximum losses within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders — Receive a notification after a set amount of time on the platform.
• Cool-Off Period — Pause your SR999 account for a defined period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion — Close your SR999 account for a defined period or permanently.

Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and without question. During a self-exclusion period your SR999 account cannot be reactivated and you should not attempt to open a new account. 09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on SR999. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and may be referred to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent identity or payment information
• Using SR999 for money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity
• Placing bets using funds derived from criminal activity
• Colluding with other players or SR999 staff to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches or pricing mistakes in a systematic manner
• Abusing bonuses or promotions through multiple accounts or coordinated activity
• Attempting to access SR999 systems other than through the normal user interface
• Sharing your account credentials or allowing any third party to use your account

10 Intellectual Property

All content on SR999 — including the brand name, logos, design elements, text, software, databases, odds data, market structures and all other content — is the intellectual property of SR999 or its licensed providers. No part of the SR999 platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or used for commercial purposes without explicit prior written permission from SR999.

The SR999 trademark and brand identity may not be used in any external communication, website, social media content or marketing material without SR999's explicit written approval.

11 Privacy & Data

SR999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on SR999, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

SR999 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies as required by applicable law or as necessary to deliver SR999's services. All data is stored with appropriate security measures in place.

12 Limitation of Liability

SR999 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While SR999 makes every reasonable effort to maintain continuous service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance windows and circumstances outside SR999's control — including network outages, payment provider downtime, and force majeure events — may result in temporary service unavailability.

SR999 is not liable for any loss of winnings, data or opportunity arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or delays caused by third-party payment providers. SR999's maximum liability to any individual member in any single calendar month shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in that month.

Nothing in these Terms limits SR999's liability for death, personal injury, or fraudulent misrepresentation caused by SR999's own negligence.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 SR999's Right to Suspend

SR999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in violation of these Terms, in a fraudulent manner, or in any way that harms SR999 or its other members.

13.2 Balance on Closure

Where an account is closed by SR999 due to verified Terms violation or fraud, the balance in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. Where an account is closed by the member voluntarily or by SR999 in circumstances where no misconduct is identified, any withdrawable balance will be returned to the member via their registered payment method.

13.3 Member-Initiated Closure

Any member may request account closure at any time by contacting SR999 customer support. Requests are processed within 24 hours. Any pending bet settlement will be completed before the account is closed. Withdrawable balances will be returned to the member's registered payment method.

14 Changes to These Terms

SR999 reserves the right to update and amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, SR999 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes that materially affect member rights, SR999 will make reasonable efforts to notify active members via the registered contact information on their accounts.

Continued use of SR999 following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a revision to the Terms, you should stop using SR999 and request account closure.
